Superb, enthusiastic and so much help
Julia spent a great deal of time tailoring various options for us in preparation for a trip we planned for 2019. We were aiming to visit Central America and seeking an itinerary that was packed with all of the must-see elements. Julia has managed this very effectively for us, which I appreciate was not easy, given the various sometimes conflicting priorities that we had. She worked with us and showed great patience as we did change our mind a few times. Each time, Julia would simply regroup and come back with something that addressed the new priorities.
We haven’t actually traveled yet, but we are both so excited about the trip and Julia’s help and knowledge has been invaluable. The most valuable thing of all about a Travel Counselor is knowing that they have boots on the ground at your destination and that there will always be someone to turn to for help if anything goes wrong. Well done Julia!
